As postseason play is about to begin, Clemson Softball remains firmly in the national spotlight, earning top-15 rankings across all four major national polls. The Tigers check in at No. 10 in Softball America, No. 12 in D1Softball, No. 14 in the USA Softball/ESPN rankings, and No. 15 in the NFCA/GoRout Coaches Poll.

Now sitting at 41-12 overall and 19-5 in ACC play, Clemson has secured the No. 2 seed in the ACC Softball Tournament and has received a first-round bye. The Tigers will begin their tournament run on Thursday at 5pm on the ACC Network against the winner of Wednesday’s game between Virginia and Louisville.

With postseason intensity rising and momentum on their side, Clemson looks primed to make a serious push in the ACC Tournament and with hopes of hosting the NCAA postseason at McWhorter Stadium.
