Just when you thought they were done for the night, Clemson adds yet another commit to the 2026 class making it the third commit during the Elite Retreat. Four-star wide receiver Connor Salmin chose the Tigers over Notre Dame and Penn State, becoming the second wide receiver to commit to Clemson after Naeem Burroughs announced his decision earlier in the evening.
The 6’1", 190-pound receiver is ranked No. 164 nationally, the No. 27 wide receiver, and the No. 5 player in Maryland, according to the On3 Industry Rankings. His commitment marks the eighth addition to Clemson’s 2026 recruiting class.
Dabo Swinney, Tyler Grisham, and the rest of the coaching staff are clearly hard at work, determined to put the Tigers back on top.
