Safeties coach Mickey Conn played a pivotal role in Anderson’s recruitment, helping Clemson beat out several regional and national contenders. Anderson’s versatility and range make him a perfect fit for Conn’s vision of a fast, aggressive secondary.

Anderson becomes the latest in a string of high-profile defensive commits, and his skill set suggests he could be an early contributor once he arrives on campus. His physicality, ball skills, and football IQ all stand out on film, making him one of the more complete safety prospects in the class.
